Hello Dear One,

I have developed this Course for you to create a language of Light and Energy, a common language that we can use together. Where you are from this is your first language, but you may have forgotten this as you entered the human body. In the New World this may be taught in schools, which is my dream, as it is the basis for understanding how to maneuver without suffering and create the most beauty here on the Earth plane.

I have developed 6 main pillars for you to learn one pillar a week over a period of six weeks. Some of you may wish to do the course at a much faster pace, and this is welcomed too. These are the basic premises and foundation of energy medicine that I have found to be crucial in order to create grounding and a container for the utilization of this new awareness and energy. I have drawn upon these techniques, in part, from my body-centered psychotherapy background, mediumship, channelling, shamanic, and energy medicine experience. I have found these six main pillars to be essential for the foundation of learning the skills, light language, and world of energy medicine.

These tools, techniques, and teachings will empower you to shift your focus from “the World “ to your inner space or “true Self”. It is from this place that you will begin to have the sovereignty developed through this course and the power to consciously begin to sense, gather, harness, and release energy, thus creating transformation in every area of your life more easily.  You can apply this knowledge to any area of your life, from physical illness or body symptoms, to work, relationship, family, or any kind of issues.

You name it; this can be used for healing.

Pillar 2: Vibration/Frequency, Moving Energy with Shamanic Intention
Pillar 3:  Dissociation & Embodiment, Getting Here & Connected
Pillar 4:  Grounding & Protection
Pillar 5: Sovereignty, Psychic Boundaries, Protection
Pillar 6:  Intention, Creation, Manifestation ~ The Synthesis

Each Pillar has three 20 minute videos, one 15 minute audio practice, and one journal prompt exercise.
