By contacting Isa Lara Marie, you agree to receive these type of informational text messages. You may opt out of receiving text SMS at any time by replying STOP.

Cookies

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select "Remember Me", your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who we share your data with

On principle, we do not share your personal data with other parties.

How long we retain your data

When purchasing a session you will complete a form and make payment through Stripe. Information stored in forms is stored on our website and retained indefinitely. The financial transaction is handled through Stripe, so that information is not stored on this site.

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have completed a form on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Your contact information

Contact us to request copies of your personal data or to have your personal data removed from our site.

Security

We use various safeguards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or via mobile device, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Payments

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

The payment processor we work with is: Stripe
Their Privacy Policy can be viewed at Privacy Policy (stripe.com)

Links To Other Sites

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

Data Access by Service Providers

As stated above, we do not share your data with other entities for marketing purposes. Like most web-based services, we do contract with outside services to handle the necessary technology. We’ve linked their privacy policies below as we introduce them. For example, some of the data we acquire about you through our website resides on our hosting server at Squarespace.

Aside from our personal correspondence with you, we use an email service, MailChimp, to deliver general emails for greater efficiency. Through MailChimp, we gather statistics about the total number of emails opened and buttons pushed using industry-standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our service and communications.

IsaLaraMarie.com does not store credit card or other financial data. Also, if you purchase an affiliated partner’s product or service through us, we pass the relevant data on to them so that they can fulfill their obligations to you.

We may choose to add additional technical service providers at any time. Due to the global nature of many of service providers, we may transfer your personal data to and maintain it on computers located outside of your governmental jurisdiction, where the data protection laws may be different than those native to you. In all cases, we vet these technology partners to insure their adherence to the highest data security standards.

We may also use the services of other team members such as contractors, agents, virtual assistants, volunteers, and technical support professionals in order to fulfill our business obligations and provide better service. Like our technology partners, these individuals and firms are only given limited access to personal data as necessary for business and are always vetted for strict compliance with our privacy policy.
