Shades of Prayer

I am always amazed by the power of this simple action, PRAYER. I’m equally surprised by how many in my private practice and around, when I ask them if they pray, look at me oddly, curiously or as if I am asking them some antiquated religious question. The answer usually is “no” or “not very much, but I should do that more often” but there’s usually a look in their eyes of like “what is this really and does it really work? Or why would I do that?”

I embrace all religions and spiritual paths as paths to the ONE but this is not what I am speaking of here, this kind of prayer. I am speaking of something old and new at the same time as close as our breath.

I am not speaking of the kind of prayer where one is reaching and speaking to some external God, and there is no problem with this also. I would like to share about a different kind now which for me is a living breathing alive relationship with what lies within us and also all around us.

This palpable force lies within us vibrating such vitality and consciousness and yet is all around us emanating as light in every form. We have the privilege and opportunity to speak through the POWER OF THE WORD in order to invoke and align and receive favorable vibrations of which we wish to participate in and co-create with in this beautiful universe.

When we set our INTENT and open our voice whether silently or aloud we are invoking the power of creation through our word of that which we wish to experience or share or see in this vast universe. We are literally sending out emanations of energy and vibration which will attract and connect with like forces. We are calling in forces unseen and seen to show up and assist. . As one closes their eyes and aligns within to the vastness of the divine of their true nature with the power of the word, ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE.

Then comes the beautiful act of allowing and relaxing and letting go of all of it in order to receive by dwelling in the breath, heart, and down in the body and allowing the mind to rest. This benevolent Source seeks us and loves us as we seek the Source.  As we dwell in our open heart and align ourselves in gratitude and openness and cultivate deep faith within ourselves, we may then witness these prayers manifesting in the perfect moment and timing and Will of the One if it be so.

I am holding your prayers in my heart.

All my love,
Isa Lara Marié
